A professional community for women working in and around Digital Assets. We come together for the conversations that matter.
Join UsIf you work in Digital Assets, you've probably noticed: there are more women in this space than you'd think. At banks, law firms, regulators, tech companies, asset managers. Yet somehow, we rarely cross paths.
That's why we started WiDA.
We organise in-person sessions around topics that actually matter in our field. The conversations go beyond surface level. The people in the room bring real experience. And because we keep it small, you leave knowing faces, not just names.
Whether you work in finance, legal, tech, policy or anywhere else where Digital Assets play a role, this community is for you.
Every quarter, we organise a session around a specific theme in Digital Assets. We meet during the day, mornings, lunches or afternoons, at the offices of our partners and collaborators.
You'll walk away with fresh perspectives, new contacts and ideas you can actually bring back to your work.
Since the start of WiDA in 2025, we've hosted three sessions, each at a different location and in collaboration with organisations in the Digital Assets space.

Sessions hosted at Amdax, Deloitte and Norton Rose Fulbright (Amsterdam).
We're working on our next session. Want to know when it's happening?
Get notifiedThe institutional Digital Assets market is maturing. Regulation, tokenisation and market infrastructure are now boardroom conversations, and the women shaping them are still underrepresented in the forums where industry visibility is built. WiDA helps close that gap.
We work with organisations that share our focus on quality and depth. Partners host sessions, contribute to the programme, and help us reach senior women across finance, legal, technology and policy. You're not a sponsor in the background, you're in the room, part of the conversation, positioned alongside exactly the professionals who matter.
We also welcome organisations that want to support their own people. If you'd like to encourage the women on your team to take part in WiDA, we'd be glad to talk.
Whether you want to attend a session, partner with us, or simply stay in the loop — we'd love to hear from you.
